Key Responsibilities

The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle of our new development in Great Shelford. This includes:

  • Managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, material co-ordination, site presentation, and cost control
  • Liaising with external suppliers and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives
  • Ensuring timely completion of the project and adherence to quality standards
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure maximum efficiency

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a company car or cash allowance.
