Job Title: Senior Athletic Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Athletic Development Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior Careers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for students participating in the Games program, as well as leading strength and conditioning sessions and working with performance athletes.

In addition to these responsibilities, the post holder will also be responsible for planning time for session delivery and preparation, built within the school day timetable, and reviewing athletic development and fitness-related modules within the PE curriculum.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in strength and conditioning, with experience in working with students of various ages and abilities. You will also need to be able to work effectively with staff members to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
