Nurse Wanted for Part-time Role at Revera Inc.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) seeking a part-time opportunity in a dynamic environment? Revera Inc. is currently looking for an experienced RPN to join our team at one of our senior living communities.

About the Role:

  • This part-time position involves delivering high-quality patient care by demonstrating sound clinical knowledge and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as required.
  • Completing resident clinical care assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Taching, delegating, and directing unregulated care providers, while providing coaching and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
  • Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Focus on teamwork and customer service, with a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or willingness to obtain one.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of $32-$42 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
