Responsibilities:

The RPN will be responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as required.
  • Completing resident clinical care assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Teaching, delegating, and directing unregulated care providers, while providing coaching and mentorship.
