Practical Nursing Opportunity in Senior Living

We are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team. As an RPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Role
This is a casual part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications, assessing resident needs, and developing individualized care plans.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and medication administration
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province
- Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
