About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario, demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care to residents in accordance with provincial standards
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, complete clinical assessments, and document resident information accurately and efficiently
