Job Title: Homecare Services Manager

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Homecare Services Manager to lead our team of care coordinators and caregivers in delivering high-quality homecare services to our clients.

 

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working from our office in Croydon (Monday to Friday) with occasional shift work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our homecare services, including scheduling, staff management, and quality assurance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising a team of care coordinators and caregivers
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating service quality and making recommendations for improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
