Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting with personal care, medication management, and daily living tasks. Responsibilities


  • Provide personalized support to clients with physical disabilities, dementia, or other conditions that require assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Manage medication administration, ensuring clients take their prescribed medications at the correct times.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license (if required).
