Dedicated SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team at an outstanding primary school in Cambridge. The role involves providing focused support to children with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to high-quality learning opportunities and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:- Work 1:1 with students who have special educational needs, helping them engage with lessons and develop both academically and socially
- Assist teachers in the preparation and adaptation of resources to support students with additional needs
- Support students with positive behavior strategies and promote independence and confidence in their learning
- Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong passion for supporting children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work within the UK
