Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Expert to join our team in Cambridge.

This is a permanent employment opportunity with immediate interviews available.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a technical environment, ideally in a service or maintenance role.

Our client is a specialist manufacturer and global supplier with 30 years of experience in their field.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver maintenance, service, and fault-finding services to clients across various sectors, including healthcare and social care.
  • Have experience of motors, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and electronic control systems.
  • Utilise sound fault-finding skills, particularly in electro-mechanical devices.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and provide accurate feedback using an electronic task management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to company schedules and deadlines.
Package and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including daily meal allowances, overtime, call-out premiums, company vehicle, tools, iPad, commission, and meal allowances.

A DBS background check will be required for the successful candidate.
