The Clinical Lead in Transplant Surgery role at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust offers a unique opportunity to lead the organ retrieval team. With over 300 organ transplants performed annually, this centre is one of its kind in the UK, performing Adult Kidney, Liver, Pancreas, and Multivisceral Transplants.

About the Role
  • As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for leading the organ retrieval team, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Your primary duties will include coordinating the organ retrieval process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full Registration and Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at the time of commencement are mandatory.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
