Optical Express Surgery Coordinator

Optical Express, a global leader in eye care, is seeking an experienced Surgery Coordinator to join its management leadership team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating surgical teams, implementing systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments, and providing support for the surgical team in efficient and productive use of surgery time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating surgical teams to ensure efficient and productive use of surgery time
  • Implementing systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes
  • Providing support for the surgical team in efficient and productive use of surgery time
  • Motivating the surgical team to achieve clinical KPIs and treatment volumes

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Top-notch Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confidence and integrity to operate with discretion
