Medical Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant Manager to join our team at Optical Express. As a key member of our surgery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinical support specialists, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.

Your primary duties will include supervising and mentoring junior staff members, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient flow, ensuring minimal waiting times, and participating in end-of-treatment day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPERVISING AND MENTORING: Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to ensure they meet performance standards and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • QUALITY CONTROL: Developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and services.
  • RECORDS AND REPORTS: Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient data, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
  • PATIENT FLOW: Coordinating patient flow to ensure minimal waiting times and efficient use of resources.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
