About Our Role

The Optical Care Team Member will play a vital role in supporting our optical care team in providing exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and calibration of lasers
  • Conducting pre-operative testing and assisting during consent appointments
  • Coordinating patient flow on the day of the consent appointment and surgery appointments
  • Updating patient files and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to absorb and convey technical information
  • Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
