Optical Clinic Operations Lead

We are looking for an experienced Optical Clinic Operations Lead to join our team in Cambridge.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and excellence in patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading the team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with our surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of services

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus bonus, as well as opportunities for career progression within a global organisation.
