Clinical Governance Manager

Optical Express, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Governance Manager to join its management leadership team in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally, ensuring full compliance and providing support for the surgical team in efficient and productive use of surgery time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes
- Managing Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally, ensuring full compliance
- Providing support for efficient and productive use of surgery time, maximisation of surgery lists, and accurate reporting
- Motivating the surgical team to achieve clinical KPIs and treatment volumes
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing a team

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
