Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Optical Express Group. As a leading provider of eye care services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to assist in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in pre-operative testing and preparing patients for surgery
  • Instructing patients on post-operative care and providing guidance on medication use
  • Updating medical records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments
  • Undertaking roles in IOL theatres and laser vision correction departments

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
