Job Description

This Sales and Education Expert position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in the Midlands region. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will provide remote clinical support to assigned accounts, ensuring timely collection of medical documentation and developing deep understanding of hospital workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise and support to customers, including case coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
