Clinical Educator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to lead our Professional Support Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for scoping and mapping existing training practices, developing training resources, and streamlining training processes.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with staff, learners, and stakeholders to understand current training landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Review and map learner placement provisions across the PSS department
- Develop accessible, up-to-date, and best-practice training resources
- Implement a coordinated approach to managing learner placements, improving efficiency and learner experience
- Support service leads and Chief AHP in career pathway mapping and workforce planning

Requirements- Registered Allied Health Professional or Nurse with degree-level education and equivalent experience
- Qualification or experience in education and development practice, to masters level equivalent
- Demonstrable post-registration experience, multimodal skills teaching/training within healthcare settings, and competency-based assessment expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work flexibly
