About the Job

Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Education department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating education and training on palliative care using a flexible, evidence-based approach across the hospice and wider healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate education and training on palliative care for hospice staff and external partners.
  • Act as an education resource for other professionals and support clinical colleagues to develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Work with the Head of Education and Practice Development to identify training needs and support the delivery of palliative care and clinical skill training and competencies.
  • Participate in the delivery of clinical supervision and restorative/resilience-based supervision.
  • Support pre-registration nursing and other students during clinical placements.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse qualification.
  • Degree-level qualification in Palliative Care or equivalent level of experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care.
  • Teaching qualification or relevant experience.
  • UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
