Job Summary

Clinical Education Lead.

At Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we invest in education and learning, seeking an experienced Clinical Education Lead to join our Non-Medical Clinical Education team. This role will focus on leading the operational delivery of education and training for Clinical Support Workers across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities.

  1. Lead, plan, implement, and evaluate education and training programs for learners, ensuring all training and support meet relevant National guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with the Lead Nurse for CSW to broaden and deepen the skills and knowledge of Clinical Support Workers.
  3. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure education delivery aligns to the Trust strategy and the Health Education England Quality Framework.
