Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our management leadership team at Optical Express Group in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality surgical treatments, motivating the surgical team to achieve clinical goals, optimizing surgery time and reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and HCC systems.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and presentation skills, an adaptable and flexible approach to work, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, meticulous attention to detail, and confidence and integrity to operate with discretion.
A proven track record of developing a team, enthusiasm for learning, and a customer-centric approach are essential qualities for this role.
