Job Description

The Surgical Assistant Coordinator role is responsible for supporting our surgical team in the delivery of our services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and calibration of lasers
  • Coordinating patient flow on the day of the consent appointment and surgery appointments
  • Updating patient files and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and colleagues alike
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to absorb and convey technical information
  • Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
