Lead Oncology Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Lead Oncology Care Coordinator to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse to provide clinical leadership and coordination of the delivery of a comprehensive oncology service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to the Thoracic Oncology team.
- Coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive oncology service.
- Support the development of clinical strategy for Oncology Care.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical colleagues to improve patient care and experience.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Professional non-medical prescriber or willingness to work towards.
- Root Cause Analysis / Investigation training.
- Experience working within Oncology.
- Experience in staff development- mentorship, coaching, supervision.
- Experience at Band 7 or above.
- Evidence of ongoing professional and managerial development.
