Oncology Leadership Nurse

At Nuffield Health, we're seeking an exceptional Oncology Leadership Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level while making a significant impact on patient care.
We're looking for someone with post-registration experience in Oncology/Haematology, who possesses a SACT qualification and can demonstrate strong clinical skills and leadership abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include leading by example, mentoring junior colleagues, and using your expertise to deliver excellent patient care. You'll also be expected to provide day-to-day supervision and autonomy to make decisions that ensure high-quality patient care.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including holiday in line with the working time directive and access to our pension scheme.
