Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk operations, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel's public areas, including the reception, lobby, and corridors.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and recommendations to provide guests with personalized advice and enhance their stay experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Be fluent in English and have a basic understanding of other languages, particularly those spoken in the UK.
  • Show adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting light objects, and working varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
