About the Job

As a Part-time Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a second receptionist: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administration: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administration role, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
  • Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
