About the RoleAvison Young Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Services Administrative Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate various tasks, and contribute to the success of our client services division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate promotional and post-sales marketing materials under the direction of our marketing team
- Update CRM database with current market and client information
- Assist with preparation of transaction administration and due diligence reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of business suite computer programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
