Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the University of Cambridge's Occupational Health and Safety Service. This part-time role (22 hours/week) involves providing administrative support to the Office Manager, medical staff, and nursing staff.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing reception and telephone services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Managing appointments and clinics on the OH online diary system.
  • Assisting with the administration of health surveillance programmes.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
