As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the weekly schedule for all engineers, working closely with the director and accounts administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

You will be responsible for allocating maintenance jobs to engineers, organizing changes to staff and engineer schedules, maintaining accurate records of compliance certificates, and providing timely updates to tenants, agents, and landlords.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary between £26,500 - £29,500 (dependent on experience), 21 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays, Monday to Friday work schedule, pension scheme, free parking, and company events and socials.
