Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
