Clinical Administration Officer
Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the Glaucoma diagnostic service.
The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working within a clerical or administrative role within the NHS is preferable.
Key responsibilities include providing clinic and patient management, ensuring clinics are booked and managed to a high standard, establishing and maintaining office and information systems, and contributing to positive patient experiences.
Requirements:- English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above
- Experience in developing data collation databases, interrogation of data, and presentation of reports from databases
- Experience of supporting a multi-disciplinary team and working within an office/administrative environment
