Job Title: Parts and Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group's Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Oxford.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and unloading new stock, sorting and storing parts, and recording incoming items on our internal database. You will also respond to internal workshop and external customer queries, and pick and distribute parts for technicians within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload new stock and deliveries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an automotive environment, although we also welcome applications from those just starting their career with us. You will enjoy working in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and customers, and managing your workload and time effectively.
