We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of MMG stock listed on cinch, including managing returns, quality issues, and despatch issues. You will also be responsible for stock reconciliation and relationship management with cinch counterpart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mitigate any vehicles at risk.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports/analysis detailing the operational performance of MMG stock, vehicles at risk, and returns to manage stock levels.
  • Manage and lead any ad-hoc projects assigned, producing reports on findings to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor MMG sold and returned stock to ensure vehicles are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Efficient management of MMG trade vehicle repatriation process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the motor industry (3+ years).
  • Display strong analytical skills and able to provide pro-active insights as well as recommendations for changes.
  • Intermediary to advanced Excel knowledge (V Lookup, pivot tables).
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills, with an ability to interact with all levels of end users.
  • Advanced IT Skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-starter can adopt a pro-active approach and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Good time management – ability to balance multiple tasks, and switch priority / focus as needed.
