Job Description: Charity Shop Front Desk Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and approachable front desk representative to join our team in one of our charity shops. As a front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Deal with face-to-face, phone, and online enquiries
  • Process donations and arrange collections via our local van teams
  • Complete administration procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and fundraising targets
