Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Lead to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk, ensuring all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervise and manage Front Desk operations to ensure highest quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective work processes and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
