About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at ibis Cambridge Central Station. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for managing the front office team and ensuring that all aspects of front office operations run smoothly.

You will assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, reservations, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and quality.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
