Thefellowshouse is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Front Office department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation, efficient running, and maximum profitability of room sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and train team members to meet performance standards and maintain high service levels.
- Assist the Departmental Manager as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
