Job Title: Accor Reception Supervisor
Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at ibis Cambridge Central Station. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Reception team.
You will assist in effectively running the front office operations, including managing the check-in and check-out process, handling guest queries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for guests.
- Manage front office operations, including reception, reservations, and housekeeping.
- Lead and motivate the Reception team to achieve high standards of performance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
