Job Description: As our next Receptionist, you will be the face of Ibis Cambridge Central Station, extending a warm welcome to our guests while ensuring their wellbeing and comfort. Your role involves delivering exceptional service, maintaining clean working areas, and handling guest complaints with care. You will also be responsible for checking guests in and out, listening to their needs, and striving to provide a service that earns their loyalty.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Required Skills and Qualifications: Personality, excellent communication skills, fast problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for quality and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles is essential.
