We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station Hotel.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, bookings, and payments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
