Front Desk Coordinator

This position involves providing exceptional customer service, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the first impression of our corporate site by greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Administer the booking process from request to execution, supporting customers and events, including meetings, conferences, and walking tours.
- Maintain site operations by managing meeting room technology, responding to customer queries, and supporting with reception and catering duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
