Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the first impression of our corporate site by greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Administer the booking process from request to execution, supporting customers and events, including meetings, conferences, and walking tours.
  • Maintain site operations by managing meeting room technology, responding to customer queries, and supporting with reception and catering duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Package Description:

  • Monday - Friday.
  • Working hours 7:00-15:30, 8:30-17:00, 10:30-19:00.
