Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Northampton. As an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the site while advising and guiding the management team on HR practices.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday with mainly on-site based work. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, and you will also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters, and end-to-end support of the absence management process.
  2. Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site while delivering the HR Strategy and the site's people plan.
  3. Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment).
  4. Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and implemented on a consistent basis across the site.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications.
  2. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
