The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and ensuring our service maintains high standards and meets statutory requirements.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, flexible, and adaptable individual with experience working in a small team environment. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff relationships, researching performance evaluation methods, and monitoring HR policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on employment law and best practices
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies
  • Supporting the HR Manager with capability investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Driving business performance and supporting employer branding initiatives

Requirements and Skills:

  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Having previous HR experience in employee relations and advice
  • A strong understanding of employment law and its applications
