Head of Enterprise Sales Management

We are currently recruiting for a highly accomplished Head of Enterprise Sales Management to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving sales growth and expansion in the EMEA region.
As Head of Enterprise Sales Management, you will be responsible for devising best-in-class account-based marketing campaigns to drive account growth across the EMEA region. You will also oversee the development of regional sales leads, ensure they collaborate effectively with solutions consultants to deliver exceptional sales presentations, and work closely with partners and alliances to identify strategic opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience. They should be proficient in structured sales processes, such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, or Challenger, and be able to demonstrate success in implementing these processes within their team. Additionally, experience working with businesses undergoing change and managing teams through second-line management is essential.
