Senior Sales and Customer Success Process Leader

Key Performance Areas:- Process Efficiency: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales and customer success processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tech Enablement: Leverage HubSpot and other CRM systems to streamline sales and customer success operations, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to align goals and initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, customer success, and process optimization, with experience working with HubSpot and other CRM systems. Our company offers a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, life insurance, pension plan, and more.
