About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Executive - Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue within existing and new customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Territory Identification: Identify and research new territory opportunities to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a qualified target account list.
- Account Strategy: Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives.
- Demonstrated success of quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
- Experience working with multiple internal teams to align with account objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
