Senior Sales and Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Specialist- SAM & FinOps to join Space Executive, a leading organization in the Software Asset Management (SAM) and Financial Operations (FinOps) space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of SAM and FinOps services and tools, including strategies to engage customers and partners in purchasing decisions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design holistic solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Respond to technical inquiries during sales presentations and follow-up discussions with senior technical stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create compelling proposals, statements of work, presentations, and assist in the technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
- Client Engagement: Identify and proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions, highlighting how they can meet client needs and deliver measurable benefits.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in selling SAM and FinOps solutions and related services, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to establish credibility and confidence as a subject matter expert.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IAITAM, FinOps Foundation) are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in a technical presales or consulting role.
- Experience leading workshops with customers and partners.
- Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for supporting team members.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
