Sales and Customer Success Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager to join our fast scaling, category creating company at Transferroom Limited. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in a rapidly evolving industry.
About the Role:This key position plays a crucial role in driving the sales and customer success process, ensuring seamless alignment between teams, and leveraging technology to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, customer success, and process optimization, with experience working with HubSpot and other CRM systems.
Responsibilities include process design and optimization, sales and customer success enablement, tech stack management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who can analyze complex data, provide actionable insights, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, advanced knowledge of HubSpot, and a track record of delivering exceptional results. Our company offers a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, life insurance, pension plan, and more.
