Customer Success Strategist

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be a trusted partner to strategic accounts, driving value and successful business outcomes. This role requires passion, expertise, and a willingness to take on the challenge of a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:- Become an expert on decarbonization and the challenges we can help our clients overcome on their journey to Net Zero
- Define customer success plans and continually identify opportunities to grow the account within departments or into new departments
- Win executive sponsors and cultivate adoption champions to drive business outcomes
- Anticipate and address customer challenges and risks to prevent churn
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to orchestrate resources and foster a seamless customer experience
- A right to work in the UK (hard requirement)
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or operations/strategy at a fast-growing startup
- Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability
- Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- 26 days of annual leave
- Home office set up allowance of £500
- £2,000 annual learning allowance
